I am currently a senior majoring in Healthcare Management, driven by a deep passion for improving the well-being of my community. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in healthcare systems, leadership, and organizational management. My ultimate goal is to assume a leadership role, such as a Chief Executive or Chief Operating Officer, within a hospital or healthcare organization. I am eager to contribute to shaping healthcare strategies that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and ensure equitable access to quality services. With a commitment to both professional growth and community impact, I am excited to continue pursuing opportunities that will allow me to make a meaningful difference in the healthcare field.
Why Health Management?
I began my college journey as a business major, and later transitioned to nursing, drawn to both fields for their unique appeal. While each discipline intrigued me on its own, I realized that I wanted to combine my passion for helping people with my interest in business. After conducting more research and reflecting on my long-term goals, I discovered that healthcare management was the ideal path for me. This field perfectly aligns my desire to make a positive impact on individuals' lives with my aptitude for strategic planning, leadership, and organizational efficiency. It was clear that health management would allow me to integrate both of these passions, and I’m excited to pursue a career that blends healthcare with business to drive meaningful change.
